Dubond sheets provide high rigidity, flatness, and custom machining features, ideal for creating 3D building column envelopes, showrooms, and designer interiors.
Dubond ACP follows a sandwich structure combining two layers of anti-corrosive high-tensile aluminium sheets hot-extruded over a solid polyethylene core. The outer skin is pre-treated and coated with advanced PVDF coatings for outdoor durability, or Polyester (PE) for false ceiling and partition usage.
Easily fabricated on-site, Dubond sheets can be cleanly cut, routed, bent, and grooved into cassette forms for mounting on standard S or Z profile skeleton frameworks.
